About This Position:

• You will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining safety standards at construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor progress and report to project managers
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Review and approve material deliveries and installations
• Document daily site activities and prepare progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in construction site management
• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems and construction methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India
